If you can say yes to any of the questions, you could be in grave danger of seriously annoying your customers!
Although the easiest way to see if Dr Lurid has been to your site, it is surprising how many sites seem to overlook the garish colour scheme that their site possesses. Your customers shouldn't need to wear sunglasses to view your site.
This goes hand in hand with poor colour choice.
Pink text on a green background has never looked good, even in 1982. It always helps if your customers can actually read the contents of your site.
Not too sure what I mean by this?
Anything that distracts the user from the content for no apparent reason.

For those visitors without javascript enabled in their browsers, the site won't work.

Customers love nothing more than clicking through to a site on a Google search to find that they have to click again to actually see the bloody thing. These splash pages are normally produced in Flash but if Dr Lurid has been really evil, the page might consist of animated gifs!
